About the Author
CHARLOTTE DANIELSON is an education consultant in Princeton, New Jersey. She has taught at all levels, from kindergarten through college; worked as a consultant on curriculum planning, performance assessment, and professional development for numerous schools and districts in the United States and overseas; and designed materials and training programs for Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, Educational Testing Service, and the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
