Affiliate Access

Affiliate Access is an ASCD service that allows participating affiliates remote computer access to selected ASCD membership information. This exciting service supports the affiliate program and influence initiatives. Affiliates enrolled in the Affiliate Access Program may enter here.

You can download membership information data to your affiliate's local computer for a variety of potential uses. Please note that reports may take up to 24 hours or two business days to process.

Affiliates can use the data to

• Generate mailing lists.
• Print mailing labels.
• Create sorts and searches in database or spreadsheet software.
• Create merge files for letters in word processing software.
• Address envelopes in word processing software.

These capabilities will enable affiliates to

• Recruit new members.
• Communicate with members.
• Contact joint dues participants.
• Announce programs and recruit participants.

System Support

ASCD technical support is available for questions about ASCD data, hardware, and system access. However, all questions concerning the use of data with affiliate-owned software and hardware must be directed to the software or hardware source or manufacturer.
