Steven Anderson is a former teacher and director of instructional technology with expertise in educational technology integration, using social media for learning, and creating meaningful school-to-home relationships. He is currently cofounder/CEO and chief learning and relationship evangelist at Web20Classroom LLC, an author, and a professional learning consultant. Anderson regularly travels the country talking to schools and districts about the use of highly effective technology in the classroom and how they can better serve students through high-impact instructional strategies.

He has been a presenter and keynoter at several educational technology conferences, including ISTE, ASCD, TCEA, FETC, TETA, VSTE, and numerous state and local conferences. He is also responsible in helping create #edchat, a weekly education discussion on Twitter that boasts over 500 weekly participants. Anderson has been recognized with the 2009 and 2011 Edublogs, Twitterer of the Year Award, a Microsoft Heroes of Education Award, and a 2013 Bammy Award, recognized worldwide as the Educational Emmy, for his work with #edchat.
