Information Kiosk
The ASCD Conference Information kiosk is located in the Registration Hall, Broad Street, Pennsylvania Convention Center. The kiosk is staffed throughout the conference by ASCD headquarters staff who will answer questions about the conference schedule and assist attendees with other conference inquiries.

Shuttle Bus Service
Complimentary shuttle bus service will be available Saturday through Monday to transport conference attendees between the meeting site and conference hotels. Your official conference name badge serves as your boarding pass. Shuttle bus schedules are located in each conference hotel lobby, and individual copies of the shuttle schedule are available at the ASCD Conference Information Kiosk in Pennsylvania Convention Center, registration area.
Note that the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown, Four Points by Sheraton–Philadelphia Center City, Hampton Inn Convention Center, Hilton Garden Inn – Philadelphia Center City, Le Méridien Philadelphia, Loews Philadelphia Hotel, Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, and the Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Center City are within walking distance to Pennsylvania Convention Center. Therefore, no shuttle service will be provided from these hotels to the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Business Center
The Business Center is located in Pennsylvania Convention Center, Exhibit Level, near Exhibit Hall B. Services include photocopying, faxing, shipping, and sale of office supplies. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Luggage and Coat Check
You can check your luggage at the located in Pennsylvania Convention Center, (location TBD), street level, near the registration area. The cost is $3.00 per bag. Luggage check will be available Sunday, March 25, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Monday, March 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Hospitality and Restaurant Reservations
Members of the Philadelphia Visitors and Convention Bureau will be on site to provide participants with brochures and answer questions about the city, restaurants and other attractions. They can be found in the ASCD registration area, on the street level of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Lost and Found
If you misplace an item during the conference, please go to the ASCD Show Office in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, to file a report on your lost item.
You will need to provide the following information when filing a lost item report:
- Name
- Telephone Number
- Date the item was last seen
- Location where item was last seen
- Complete description of the lost item (color, size, brand, etc.) and its contents, if any
ASCD Show Office hours are Saturday, March 24, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Sunday, March 25, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; and Monday, March 26, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Services for Persons with Disabilities
ASCD works to provide an accessible conference for all attendees and believes that persons with disabilities should be given the opportunity to participate and interact to the fullest extent possible. All general sessions will be translated for deaf and hearing-impaired participants.
Wheelchairs:
Scootaround Mobility Solutions offers manual and motorized scooters for rental. Reservations can be made by calling Scootaround at (888) 441-7575. Operators are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Medical Emergencies
Emergency Medical Service (EMS) providers will be on duty in the Pennsylvania Convention Center from Wednesday, March 21, through Monday, March 26. First aid services include full, basic life support and AED (automated external defibrillation) capacity in the event of a sudden cardiac arrest. The first aid station is located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, on the exhibit level in Hall D.
If you are made aware of an emergency in Pennsylvania Convention Center, you should contact Pennsylvania Convention Center Security by calling ext. 4911 on a house phone or 1-215-418-4911 from a cell phone. When you call in an emergency, you should indicate where you are in the center. EMS providers will come to that location as quickly as possible. If possible, we ask that you stay with the victim until the EMS provider or Convention Center staff member arrives.
In case of an activated fire/smoke alarm in the building, an audible alarm will automatically initiate stating, "Warning, this is an emergency. Please move to the nearest exit." Convention Center staff will advise you if it is clear to re-enter the building or relocate to another location.

Badges
In an effort to enhance security during the conference, ASCD requires that attendees wear their ASCD Annual Conference name badges at all times during the conference hours when attending conference events. Badges must be worn to gain admission to the Annual Conference sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and the shuttle buses. Your badge not only indicates that you are fully registered for the conference but also serves as a courtesy to other registrants. Please remember to be safety conscious and take your badge off when you are not on-site at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
