1. Nonmember Registrants—Special Offer for FREE Membership!
   This year, when you register for the full conference at the nonmember rate, you will automatically receive a free, one-year Basic Membership to continue your learning long after the conference is over. ASCD Basic Membership includes subscriptions to Educational Leadership magazine, Education Update newsletter, and member discounts. Rates where there are no nonmember fee structures (Presenters, Student, Senior) are not eligible.
   
   
2. FREE Virtual Conference
   Selected sessions each day will be simulcast on the web and will allow participants to learn from and connect with educators from across the country and around the world. Planning on being with us in Philadelphia? As part of the full-conference registration fee, all registrants will receive access to archived sessions—you can catch up on sessions you missed or relive favorite sessions after the conference is over. 
   
   Can’t attend? Access to live and archived sessions is available for $129 to ASCD members and $159 to nonmembers. 3. Open Seating
   No sessions require advance registration, so you can attend what you want. All seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Check back later this fall to learn more about our over 400 sessions and plan your 2013 conference experience!

Annual Conference Registration Fees and Discounts 

Find four ways to save on your conference registration fees below. View all of our fee options here.

1. Register early.
   Register by the early bird deadline, January 16, 2013.
   
   
2. Save on both Conference and Pre-Conference registrations.
   Receive a discount when you register for Annual Conference and a Pre-Conference Institute at the same time (ASCD refers to this as a combo fee). 
   
   
3. Save when you send a team.
   Every fifth person who registers from your school or district may attend Annual Conference, Pre-Conference Institutes, or both for free. To take advantage of this offer, all team members must register at the same time and for the same events, either Annual Conference, Pre-Conference Institutes, or both.
   
   All five registration forms must be mailed together. (For Pre-Conference Institutes, registrations must include materials fees for all attendees, including the attendee with the free registration.)
   
   
4. Save as a student (with ID) or senior (62 or older).
   Receive this discount when you register over the phone with a credit card or purchase order. If registering as a student, please send copy of valid student ID.

Payment must accompany registration.

Registration Confirmation 

ASCD e-mails a confirmation within 48 hours after receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please determine the status of your registration by contacting ASCD by e-mail or calling 1-800-933-2723 (toll-free) or 1-703-578-9600, then press 1, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. eastern time.

Canceling Your Registration 

If you are unable to attend the Annual Conference and Exhibit Show or a Pre-Conference Institute that you are registered for, notify ASCD in writing or by e-mail 14 calendar days before the start of the event for which you are registered to request a credit voucher or refund. A $50 processing fee will be charged ($100 if canceling both Annual Conference and Pre-Conference Institute registrations).
