Please note: Registration for the 2012 Summer Conference does not include registration to the Pre-Conference Institutes.

How to Target Your Learning Needs
We've made it easy for you to customize your conference experience by labelling sessions with a level. These designations are not meant to inhibit you from attending sessions, but rather to assist you in finding the ones that best fit your learning needs.
- Introductory—designed for participants with limited or no previous experience with the content.
- Experienced—designed for participants who are familiar with the content and want more information.
- Advanced—designed for participants who are very familiar with the content, but want more in-depth information.
- All—designed for participants at all levels.

Registration Fees and Payment

- Nonmembers: $493
Registration for the 2012 Summer Conference on Revolutionizing the Way We Teach and Learn does not include registration to the Pre-Conference Institutes.
Nonmembers
Join ASCD for $25 when you register! Get a full year of Select membership along with your registration. ASCD Select membership includes subscriptions to Educational Leadership magazine and Education Update newsletter, five new ASCD books, and member discounts on products and any future registrations. Register as a Team and Save
Register four people and the fifth registration is free!
Every fifth person who registers from your school or district may attend the 2012 Summer Conference, Pre-Conference Institutes, or both at no cost.
All team members must register at the same time and for the same events at the conference, Pre-Conference Institutes, or both. All five registration forms must be mailed together. (For Pre-Conference Institutes, registrations must include materials fees.)

Terms
Registrations are accepted on a full payment, first-come, first-served basis only. ASCD processes confirmations within 48 hours after receipt of registration. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received your registration confirmation.
If you do not receive a confirmation letter via e-mail, please call the ASCD Service Center at 1-800-933-ASCD (2723), then press 1, to determine the status of your registration.
On-Site Registration
The ASCD 2012 Summer Conference on Revolutionizing the Way We Teach and Learn may sell out. Do not depend on registering on-site. Please contact ASCD for availability. When space is available, you may register on-site for an additional $25 fee. ASCD Pre-Conference registration will be located at the Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel, and conference registration will be located at the America's Center Convention Complex.

Registration Confirmation
ASCD e-mails confirmation letters 48 hours after receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact ASCD to determine the status of your registration.

Cancellations
ASCD reserves the right to cancel programs because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds. Please do not make nonrefundable airline reservations until you contact ASCD to find out if your program is being considered for cancellation. ASCD is not responsible for reimbursing airline tickets.
No-Show
If you are unable to attend the 2012 Summer Conference or a Pre-Conference Institute for which you have registered, notify ASCD in writing or by e-mail 14 calendar days before the start of the event for which you are registered to request a credit voucher, or send a nonregistered person in your place, with registration confimation or written authorization from you.
A $35 cancellation fee will apply ($70 if canceling both conference and Pre-Conference Institute registrations).
We encourage you to send someone in your place. To do so, call ASCD toll-free at 1-800-933-ASCD (2723) or at 1-703-578-9600, then press 1, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. eastern time, to notify us of your substitution.
