Ian P. Levy is associate professor and chair of counseling and therapy at Manhattan College. His research explores preparing school counselors to use hip-hop based interventions to support youth development. He is the author of Hip-Hop and Spoken Word Therapy in School Counseling (Routledge, 2021).
