Katy Allen

Katy Allen is a trainer and consultant working with schools on issues concerning conflict, bullying, and aggression. She assists schools in developing, implementing, and evaluating bullying prevention and intervention initiatives. 

Allen, who has her doctorate, has published a number of articles on bullying prevention and intervention in academic journals and is currently conducting research for a book on "drama," a common form of social interaction among youth that is related to conflict, aggression, and bullying.
