Deborah Childs-Bowen

Childs-Bowen has more than 25 years of skilled and knowledgeable practice in management, professional development, facilitation, research, organizational development, executive coaching, and strategic planning. She specializes in program planning, design and implementation, program evaluation, and professional development for preservice and inservice teachers and administrators. Childs-Bowen is respected throughout the United States for her work in these areas and has presented nationally and internationally. She has also designed and implemented professional development opportunities that have catalyzed change within numerous organizations.

After teaching for several years and serving as a director and executive director in private schools, Childs-Bowen began Creative Minds Enterprise. She obtained her bachelor's degree in human development with a specialization in early childhood development from Howard University in Washington, D.C, where she also completed her master's degree in education. She received her doctorate of education from Nova Southeastern University in child and youth studies.
