These moderated communities allow you to study Common Core topics in greater depth with ASCD experts and share comments and resources with other network members.

(Access to each group requires joining ASCD EDge and moderator approval.)

What is
the VLN?

The Virtual Learning Network (VLN) consists of virtually connected educators meeting through webinars and social media.

The webinars are held 4 times over the school year in 4 subject areas and are facilitated by ASCD Faculty experts. Webinar content centers on topics of interest and participants’ areas of need as related to the Common Core State Standards.

Participation also includes interactivity through subject-specific groups on ASCD's social networking platform for educators, ASCD EDge.
