Healthy School Communities Associate Sites

Become an HSC Associate Site

Whole Child Indicators

The indicators of all five tenets can help with strategic goals and outcomes as you work on your Healthy School Report Card.

Interested in connecting health and learning and benefiting from school-community collaborations? Consider applying to become an HSC associate site to make your school a more efficient place for teaching and learning. Each HSC site will be paired with a mentor site that will provide the following:

  • Advice on how to embed the Healthy School Report Card (HSRC) within current school improvement process.
  • Information on how to connect with local community for resources and support.
  • Increased communication about what is happening in other areas of Healthy School Communities and ASCD (webinars, conferences, resources).
  • An outlet to discuss concerns and ideas.

This opportunity is open to all current and new sites that use the HSRC.

Meet Our Mentor Sites

Healthy School Communities mentor sites have demonstrated success in not only using the HSRC, but also developing systems and partnerships in their districts and communities to support their students, families, and staff.
