Chapter 14 suggests to readers how they might use the concepts presented in this book to make good on the promise of the framework presented in Part 2—namely, to ensure that all students are learning. Putting the framework into practice is not a simple process; a number of separate items must be attended to, and every school already has systems in place, some of which may meet the performance standards recommended in this book. Educators may therefore use Part 3 as a means of assessing the school program as a whole.
