Nancy J. Mooney currently serves as an education consultant on the following topics: school improvement, school leadership, and communication arts. She has 20 years of experience as a school administrator. She has served as a K–12 supervisor of language arts, an elementary principal, and an executive director of teaching and learning. In her role as executive director, she supervised all aspects of teaching and learning, including curriculum development and supervising principals. Nancy pioneered the blueprint processes in St. Joseph, Missouri, which resulted in significant improvements in achievement and earned state honors for her district.
Nancy has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the National Elementary Principal Association as the National Distinguished Principal from Missouri. She has received the following awards: IRA Administrator Literacy Award (Northwest Missouri Chapter), Phi Delta Kappa Educator of the Year Award, the Distinguished Service Award for Excellence in Education from Northwest Missouri State University, and the Missouri Early Childhood and Parent Education Distinguished Service Award. Ann T. Mausbach works as a central office administrator in charge of teaching and learning for a school district in the Midwest. She has served as an administrator for 14 years. Her administrative experience includes serving as a coordinator of staff development, a director of curriculum, and as an assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction.
