Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations can be made at the Hyatt Regency Denver near Colorado Convention Center. All Annual Conference sessions will be held at the Colorado Convention Center.

Justification Letter
Ready to attend ASCD’s 2023 Annual Conference but need to make your case? While you know this conference is your must-attend professional learning event of 2023, you have to get approval. We get it! And we can help. Download a sample justification letter (PDF).
Certificate of attendance and academic credit
Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance for ASCD Annual Conference. Track sessions you attend by having your badge scanned at the session room door. A certificate will be generated at the conclusion of the event. More information is available in our FAQ.
Additionally, those who take part in Pre-Conference Institute or paid keynote lunch will receive clock hours, with Pre-Conferences counting towards 5.5 clock hours and keynote lunches counting towards up to two clock hours. And as an ASCD professional development program participant, you may qualify for academic credit (ASCD does not provide academic credit directly). More information is available in our FAQ.
