An Engaging Article
This is great. ["Why Do Students Disengage?" column by Douglas Fisher and Nancy Frey.] There are so many reasons why it may be hard for students to focus and give their all into what they are learning. Teachers should always be aware of every reason and should know how to go about helping the student.

Great article! ["Creating a Culture of Feedback".] Dr. Sanée Bell reminds us that as instructional leaders one of the most important jobs is to serve as a coach. The three ingredients for feedback mentioned are a launch point for any instructional leader who is trying to fine-tune their coaching craft.
