Elaine Phillips is an education consultant and charter member of the Danielson Group. She works with districts and schools nationwide in their use of the framework for teaching for teacher evaluation, observation, mentoring, coaching, and professional development. She also teaches online and develops online courses. Phillips began her career as a high school English teacher and has also been the director of a gifted/talented program, the director of curriculum and instruction in Minnesota, and a national trainer for ETS.
