Judith O. Faryniarz is an assistant professor of educational leadership at Central Connecticut State University, where she teaches courses in the sixth year and doctoral programs. Prior to joining the University faculty, Judith served as a public school educator for 29 years, including 18 as a school principal at the elementary and middle school levels.
