Karyn Wright is currently the director of Teacher Induction and Mentoring for the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been a teacher, curriculum consultant, assistant principal, staff development coordinator, and human resources director in the Clark County School District. A former trainer for ETS, Wright is now a consultant with the Danielson Group, assisting teachers and administrators across the country in designing appropriate professional development, mentoring and induction programs, and teacher evaluation systems based on the framework for teaching.
