Joseph H. Semadeni is a speaker, consultant, and 4th grade teacher at Osmond Elementary School in Afton, Wyoming. A graduate of Utah State University, Semadeni holds a Master of Education degree as well as an Administrative/Supervisory Certification and is currently enrolled as a doctoral student at the University of Wyoming.
After receiving his administrative certification, Semadeni decided to continue working as a teacher to combine his classroom expertise with his leadership training. This experience resulted in the Fusion model of professional development, which earned him the prestigious Milken Family Foundation National Educator Award in 2005.
Semadeni believes the future of our nation and ultimately the world parallels the fostering of education, values, and learning in today's youth. He involves himself outside the classroom as a Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America and is proud to have earned the rank of Eagle Scout as a youth.
