      Several individuals and an ASCD affiliate received awards at the Annual Conference. They include:
      • Elizabeth Anne Yeager, Laura Klenk, Ron Dougall, and Dan Troxell, winners of the 1995 Outstanding Dissertation Awards. Yeager (Univ. of Texas at Austin) won in the curriculum category, Klenk (Univ. of Michigan) won for instruction, Dougall (Northern Arizona Univ.) for policy/organization, and Troxell (Univ. of Texas at Austin) for supervision.
      • Pennsylvania ASCD, winner of the 1996 Affiliate Excellence Award. PASCD was honored at the Affiliate Awards luncheon and at a General Session.
      • Kenny Moir and Nora Gyuk, ASCD's 1995 Employees of the Year. Moir and Gyuk were honored at a General Session for their outstanding work in helping ASCD establish a presence on the World Wide Web. See the ASCD homepage at (http://www.ascd.org).
