      • The Edna McConnell Clark Foundation is seeking information on urban school districts committed to middle-level education for disadvantaged youth. If your school district has at least 20,000 students, and if your middle-level schools are configured K–8 or 6–8, call the Southern Regional Council at (404) 524-7610 to be included in this study. Leave your school district name, the name and telephone number of your director of middle schools, and the address to which a survey form should be mailed.
      • The National Teachers Hall of Fame invites nominations and applications for its Third Annual Induction Program, which will take place on June 18, 1994, in Emporia, Kan. Candidates must be (or have been) certified classroom teachers, in grades pre-K through high school.       • The National Endowment for the Humanities in Washington, D.C., offers an array of summer seminar and institute programs for elementary and secondary school teachers. These study programs occur in both U.S. and international locations, and last from three to six weeks.
