      • As part of the Chrysler Learning Connection, a program in which ASCD participates (see October 1993 Update), grants of $1,000 will be given to 100 schools that propose innovative ways to involve parents in helping students. To get an application, send a postcard with your name and address to The Chrysler Learning Connection, P.O. Box 11172, Chicago, IL 60611. Applications must be returned by April 1, and winners will be notified in July.
