- If you are interested in character education, the Josephson Institute of Ethics could use your help for its character education program. The institute is seeking high schools and colleges willing to distribute a survey on the values and behaviors of America's youth to their students this fall. Last year's survey found that 61 percent of high schoolers admitted cheating in the past 12 months. This year's results, to be released in 1994, will be provided to participating schools, but they will be cited anonymously in the Institute's report. To request survey forms, write Susan Knox at 4640 Admiralty Way, Suite 1001, Marina del Ray, CA 90292-6610.
