Because of the untimely death of candidate Brenda Benson-Burrell, the two nominees for President-Elect in ASCD's 1996 election will be Ruud Gorter of The Netherlands and Thomas Budnik of Iowa.

Blaine Smith of Oklahoma has been added to the list of nominees for Board-Elected Members-at-Large of ASCD's Board of Directors, replacing Martha Kupferschmidt, who has withdrawn.
