      The Annual Books Bash event is the perfect kick-off for ASCD's 2008 Annual Conference and Exhibit Show in New Orleans.
      This year's celebration, "The Next Chapter: Books Bash and Beyond," will be held on Friday, March 14, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., in the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. For entry, please bring a children's book for donation to New Orleans public schools. The event will be presented by ASCD, Pearson Education, and the Fischler School of Education and Human Services at Nova Southeastern University. Learn more atwww.ascd.org/booksbash.
