      • Black students are overrepresented by 23 percentage points in out-of-school suspensions and by 10 points in referrals to law enforcement.
      • Students with disabilities are overrepresented by 13 percentage points in out-of-school suspensions and by 15.5 points in law-enforcement referrals.
      • White students are underrepresented by 18 percentage points in out-of-school suspensions, and by 12 points in law-enforcement referrals.
