ASCD's Annual Conference and Exhibit Show will be held March 13–16, 2009, in Orlando, Fla. The theme for this conference is "Learning Beyond Boundaries."
The four-day event affords numerous networking and learning opportunities. Explore new areas of professional learning or go in-depth with the topics you care about most through the three general sessions and more than 500 breakout sessions. The ASCD Annual Conference and Exhibit Show gives you the best of all possible worlds: a conference about big ideas in education, sessions featuring speakers from Robert Marzano to Goldie Hawn to Greg Mortenson, and an exhibit hall showcasing the latest products and services for educators.
Visit www.ascd.org/annualconferenceto register for the conference, sign up for housing, and check out our online video gallery and get an idea of the types of sessions you could attend. Be sure to explore the different ways you can save on registration, as well.
In addition, one-, two-, and three-day Pre-Conference Institutes and a one-day Post-Conference Institute are also available. These workshops offer intensive learning experiences on curriculum, instruction, assessment, classroom management, and school leadership.

EL’s experienced team of writers and editors produces Educational Leadership magazine, an award-winning publication that reaches hundreds of thousands of K-12 educators and leaders each year. Our work directly supports the mission of ASCD: To empower educators to achieve excellence in learning, teaching, and leading so that every child is healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged.
