Check & Connect
The Check & Connect program promotes student engagement in school through an emphasis on personalized education. Adult volunteers monitor attendance patterns of individual students and help to resolve problems. First started for urban students with behavioral and learning challenges, the program is now being tested in suburban settings for K-12 students with and without disabilities.
