Aaron Avera is the Graduation Coach and PBIS Coach at Fulton Academy of Virtual Excellence (FAVE) in Fulton County, Georgia. He works with teachers to implement positive behavior strategies in the classroom. During the pandemic, Aaron worked as the AVID Coordinator and PBIS Coach in Fulton County, Georgia, and trained teachers at his school on how to positively engage with disconnected virtual learners.
