Barbara J. Miglionico is the executive director of a school-age child care program in Westchester County, New York, and is a certified nutrition and wellness consultant through American Fitness Professionals and Associates. Miglionico has been educating people of all ages and all stages of life about health and well-being for 35 years. Her experiences include teaching physical education and health classes in public schools, youth summer fitness programs, college weight training classes, and senior center wellness groups. She is a member of several nutrition, wellness, and fitness professional organizations and enjoys sharing her lifelong passion.
