Carmen Macchia is a member of ASCD's Disrupting Poverty Cadre. His wide and varied career in education spans more than 40 years. He has taught in private and public schools, stateside and internationally, including Italy, Greece, Virginia, and New York. He is currently a principal mentor in Vermont, mentoring elementary and middle school principals.
