Debra Cale's love for learning has led her to be an educator for the last 25 years. During that time, she has taught at the middle school, high school, and college levels and worked as a district administrator—supporting professional learning for teachers, teacher leaders, and administrators and conducting program evaluations. She is currently principal of Dallas Center Elementary in Iowa.
