Kendra Cameron-Jarvis, NBCT, MAEd, is the senior literacy specialist at the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching. Since 2004, she has served as an ELA educator, secondary literacy coach, and instructional technologist. Her work bridges literacy research and technology to create equitable, high-impact classrooms. Kendra has written for Edutopia and The Middle School Journal and supports secondary teachers across North Carolina.
