Laura McLaughlin is a professor of education who teaches online and hybrid courses at Neumann University. She is a professional development speaker in both higher education and preK–12 settings. McLaughlin's research interests include educator development, instructional coaching, culturally responsive teaching, building community within classrooms and institutions, and educational technology.
