Mark Tohulka is an award-winning educator with a broad range of experience incorporating STEM activities and authentic research into instruction, both in his own classroom and in the professional development arena. His classroom experience ranges from biology and physical science classes to advanced placement courses. Outside the classroom, he has worked in laboratory research appointments, written curricula for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and NASA, and contributed to a textbook program on marine science.
