Robby Champion has taught adult learners for 25 years and has been an educator for more than three decades. She has authored numerous articles in professional journals on teacher education, staff development, change, leadership and school improvement, and team development. The National Staff Development Council has published two of her books, a manual on change titled Tools for Change Workshops and a book for new trainers titled Learning the Craft of Training.
