Robert Feirsen is associate professor and coordinator of the Educational Leadership Program at Manhattanville College in New York, and a former superintendent, principal, and teacher. He is a coauthor of the book From Conflict to Collaboration: A School Leader's Guide to Unleashing Conflict's Problem Solving Power (Rowman & Littlefield, 2022).
