Synopsis

Baruti Kafele has spent years as an educator observing young, black males and the challenges they face in the classroom. In his recent book, Kafele shares his insights on how educators can engage these young men before it is too late. Hear some of the advice Kafele has to offer and learn the methods he has used in getting black males to succeed in school.
