Attention ASCD Members: Proposed Constitution and Bylaw Change

The Board of Directors recommends a proposed Constitution and Bylaw change to the Board size and number of appointed seats. The change will be voted on between April 1–May 15 by the ASCD membership and, if approved, will be effective June 1, 2021.
