This interactive webinar discussion focuses on how Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) in Maryland continues to expand its Wallace Foundation Principal Pipeline Initiative (PPI) efforts by establishing multiple leader pathways for teachers while empowering principals to support teacher leadership in their buildings.

About the presenter

Damaries Blondonville has served Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) as a classroom teacher, integrated learning teacher, instructional specialist, content supervisor, and project manager at both the school and district level which have allowed her to conceptualize and employ various systemic professional learning programs. She currently serves as the Senior Project Manager for the USDE 25 million Teacher Leader School Incentive grant, which was awarded to PGCPS in 2017. She continues to share the district's successful work on national platforms while also developing the PGCPS Leadership Pipeline.
