Damaries Blondonville has served Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) as a classroom teacher, integrated learning teacher, instructional specialist, content supervisor, and project manager at both the school and district level which have allowed her to conceptualize and employ various systemic professional learning programs. She currently serves as the Senior Project Manager for the USDE 25 million Teacher Leader School Incentive grant, which was awarded to PGCPS in 2017. She continues to share the district's successful work on national platforms while also developing the PGCPS Leadership Pipeline.

Melissa Y. Ellis is the Supervisor of School Leadership Programs in the Office of Professional Learning and Leadership with Prince George's County Public Schools. In this role, she is responsible for the districts leadership pipeline programs. Dr. Ellis has served as an educator for the past 20 years. She also is an Adjunct Faculty Member at McDaniel College where she supervises post-masters level students seeking certfication in administration. She holds a National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) National Principal Mentor Certification and National Certification as a Gallup Strengths Coach.

Rhonda J. Summey Hester is currently the Principal at Rosa L. Parks Elementary School in Prince George's County, Maryland. Dr. Summey Hester is an expert in urban education, policy and student identity. In addition to her work as a researcher, Assistant Principal, and now Principal, Dr. Summey Hester has also served as an adjunct professor at George Washington University as well as Trinity University where she taught courses to prepare teachers for teaching and administrative positions in urban areas.

Lavern Phillips is a teacher leader and elementary school reading teacher inone of the largest urban school districts located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.She has spent twenty years in the field of public education. As a Teacher-Leader, she works diligently to mentor new teachers within her current work setting. Dr. Phillips has spent thirteen years integrating technology and instruction in the classroom, and mentoring teachers. She aspires to continue teaching, mentoring and effectively preparing teachers and students to compete in a technology-driven globalized society.
